RETURNS
We want you to love your Euphora purchase as much as we do, so if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, it doesn’t fit or you have simply changed your mind, you are able to send it back to us for a store credit or exchange.
In order to send an item back, it must meet the following terms. Please note these terms apply only to online purchases and our online returns policy differs from our in-store policy.
- All full priced items can be returned within 10 days of receiving your order within Australia (20 days for international orders) for a 12 month store credit or exchange only.
- The items must be received in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and swing tags still attached
- Not have any makeup stains or smell of perfume/deodorant, so please take care when trying on your order
For hygiene reasons, hosiery, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale and unable to be returned, unless the item has a fault which was not known of prior to purchase.
If you would like to return an item and it meets the above terms, please email us with a return request at euphoraonline@gmail.com with your full name, original order number, date of purchase and return reason and we will contact you within 1-3 business days to notify you of the next step to take.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return request to be processed. We will inspect all return items upon receiving them. Any returns which do not comply with the above terms will be sent back at the customers expense. Euphora does not cover returns costs or credit original postage costs. We also recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.
Please note, due to our fast turnover, if you do opt for an exchange on a style, it may be sold out in which case a credit note will be issued as we cannot guarantee the availability of stock.

CLICK & COLLECT
In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all orders made via Click & Collect must be picked up in store within 10 days of the order date. Orders picked up within 10 days are eligible for an exchange or 12 month store credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
Before dispatching, all our items are thoroughly inspected. If you receive a faulty item, please email us immediately at euphoraonline@gmail.com with:
- your full name
- original order number
- date of purchase
- photos of where the fault is on the item
We will then advise you on the next step to take. Please do not return the item directly to us without an email response from us first. In the event of a major manufacturing fault, we will offer to repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund. All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Euphora Boutique's discretion. Items must also be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund to be considered. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed back onto the original form of payment only (credit card, PayPal or store credit). If you have used a combination of online credit note and credit card/PayPal, then your credit note will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
**Please note that we do our best to display the true colour of items, however colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device. We do not consider this a fault if the colour is slightly different.
